There is only one resurrection for believers. Why would GOD have two. Anyways I believe the Old testament believer and New testament believer are both part of the Church. New testament  Paul and Old testament  Daniel receive their reward at the Appearing of Christ.    The Meek inherit the earth which is the millenial reign.  The Old testament believer is part of this reign, which is the resurrection.

 

 

The antichrist or little horn is given power to make war against the saints and overcome them. Rev 13:7, Daniel 7:21.

 

Daniel 7:21 I beheld, and the same horn made war with the saints, and prevailed against them;  Daniel  7:22 Until the Ancient of days came, and judgment was given to the saints of the most High; and the time came that the saints possessed the kingdom.

 

Daniel 7:27 And the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven, shall be given to the people of the saints of the most High, whose kingdom [is] an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey him.

 

This really drives a wedge in the pre tribulation rapture theory because it says the Saints of the Most High possess the kingdom.  Therefore the Saints that possess the kingdom are the same saints that the little horn is given power over for 1, 260 days.   The saints that possess the kingdom are none other than us Christians.   So we are not raptured before the Great tribulation begins.  Saints are Rev 14:12  they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.  (Christians)

 

1st Corinthians 15: 22 - 26  says  that ALL that are Christs at his coming will be delivered up in the kingdom to the Father when the Lord shall have put down all rule and authority.  He must reign until he hath put all enemies under his feet. The last enemy to be destroyed is death.  When GOD possess the kingdom  then the saints can reign.

 

 

1 Corinthian (15: 22 - 26 )  For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall ALL be made alive.  But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's { at his coming.  Then [cometh] the end, when}  he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power.  For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet. -------------------   The last enemy [that] shall be destroyed [is] death.

 

 

2nd (Thess 1:6 - 10) Seeing [it is] a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you;

 

And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,   In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:  Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power; -----------------------   When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in that day.

 

 

2nd Timothy 4:1 I charge you therefore before God and the Lord Jesus Christ, who will judge the living and the dead --------------- at* His appearing and His kingdom:  Match with 1st Thes 4:16 , 17

 

Rev 11: 18 And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; -----------  and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.

 

Rev 22: 12 And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward [is] with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.

 

 

The resurrection is for the Saints which include the Old testament believer and New testament believer.
