2nd Thess 1

 

 

So that we ourselves glory in you in the churches of God for your patience and faith in all your persecutions and tribulations that ye endure:   

 

[Which is] a manifest token of the righteous judgment of God, that ye may be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which ye also suffer:   

 

 Seeing [it is] a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you;   

 

And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,  When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in that day.

 

Rev 13:10 He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.

1st Timothy 6:12 - 15

 

 

Fight the good fight ( of faith) for what we believe. Hold tightly to the eternal life that God has given you, which you have confessed so well before many witnesses.

 

 

And I command you before God, who gives life to all, and before Christ Jesus, who gave a good testimony before Pontius Pilate,

 

that you keep this commandment without spot, blameless until our Lord Jesus Christ's appearing,

 

Which in his times he shall shew, [who is] the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of lords;
