Here is an update that my sister-in-law received recently on Kristina.
Her mother is the one writing below.
 

Hello family and friends:

Just got off the phone with Kristina.   She is in good spirits and doing okay.   Her main difficulty is pain in the lower intestines which the Doctors are having a hard time correcting.  She is very concerned about this as Wednesday she will have her second chemotherapy session and because this one of the side effects she is afraid it will get worse.  She will be hospitalized overnight so she can be monitored.   She also said her lower back and hips hurt the most as she has lost 10lbs and does a lot of sleeping and sitting.

I would appreciate your prayers for:-

1) Solution to the intestinal problem
2) Minimal side effects from the second chemotherapy session on Wednesday Dec.7th
3) Her appetite would be restored so she is able to gain some weight
 
As her hair was falling out she decided to have her head shaved and that was hard for her.  :(   But she told me she is talking with God every day because she knows He listens.
 
I am forever thankful she knows the Lord to be able to cling to Him through this difficult time.
