Amen, Pineman!  I agree!  I understand why a lot of people think Moses will be the second Witness, but the only two that make any sense whatsoever to me are Enoch & Elijah... because they are the ONLY two that have never seen death up to this point.  The Lord is very clear that Moses IS dead, and that his grave still remains.
