Recap:
Part 1 - we learned that according to the "Bible scholars" only the "original autographs" are "scripture" - and therefore today we do not know for certain what God's words were that were written down so long ago, hence we cannot say we have read "the Bible" and we cannot believe "the Bible".
Part 2 - we learned that the scholars are mixed up: the Bible calls copies and translations "scripture". It turns out that they are wrong: God does not need to save scraps of paper from 1000's of years ago - his word remains on the earth because he can work a miracle of preservation - and he has promised to do so.
Part 3 -
But if God did this miracle of "preservation", then where is the preserved Bible in Englis! h that we can believe in as "the scriptures"?
At this point some balk - unable to believe that God might have actually given us a 100% pure English Bible. They revert back to saying, "Only the Greek and Hebrew are inspired, and I believe them 100%"
But there is no "the" Greek or "the" Hebrew, there are many. Here is a link to a few of the different Greek versions of the New Testament that are available in the public domain: http://bibledatabase.org/bibles_greek.html
So someone say, "The Greek says..." and you have to ask them, which Greek?
Erasmus 1522?
Textus Receptus?
Stephens?
Tregelles?
Tischendorf?
Scrivener?
Von Soden?
Alexandrian?
Etc…etc.?
Do these texts agree? NO!! There are omissions, additions, and changes present in all of these different Greek texts that were taken from different Greek manuscripts. See Link: http://www.bible-researcher.com/stats.html
So it is UNTRUE to say "The Greek" is 100% reliable as scripture. A person must identify which Greek they are referring to, and then explain why the think it is the authoritativ! e one when there are so many differences between it and all the other Greek texts in publication.
For example, the United Bible Society's Nestles Greek, which many think is the best one available, has gone through many revisions (26). In fact the latest edition included several hundred changes back to the readings that are already in the King James Bible. People who thought "the Greek" was settled, were rudely surprised in 1994 when Nestles included these changes - they had trusted "The Greek" and it was changed on them!
In reality, the scholars know all this but it does not bother them. That is because as long as they know Greek and you and I don’t, they have job security.
Jesus said regarding these people, “Beware of the scribes, which desire to walk in long robes, and love greetings in the markets, and the highest seats in the synagogues, and! the chief rooms at feasts;” Luke 20:46
The King James Bible
In 1611, after a long dark period where the Roman Catholic church had kept the world in superstitious darkness and repression, the King James Bible was produced under the auspices of a God fearing Christian monarch by Bible believing Christian scholars and soul winners - it was a protestant miracle of God. Some of the original translators worked on fixing a few typos in the following years, and old spellings were later modernized. But aside from these few finishing touches, the text is today the exact same masterpiece of language and accurate translation that has God has used to bless his Church with. Revival came under the King James Bible, and it has been an effective antidote to Roman Catholic infiltration. It has powerful masculine diction that is effect! ive in preaching and getting people saved and sanctified.
It is also HATED!
You can tell a lot about something by those that hate it. The King James is hated by modern liberals, by Roman Catholics, homosexuals, by laodician, compromising, "evangelicals," and all the crowd of modern theological "scholars" who love to doubt and criticize God's words.
It is also hated by those that want to make a buck selling a Bible they have copyrighted - such as the NIV or NASV. The NIV is actually owned by Harper Collins (division of News Corp), which also publishes "The Satanic Bible"! It is difficult to believe, but many Christians are unknowingly reading (and believing in) a Bible that is owned produced by the same people who publish some of the world’s worst garbage.
As others have pointed out, rat poison is 99.98% nutritional. It’s mostly! good tasty stuff that is good for rats. If it weren’t good, the rats would not eat it! It is the 0.02% that the rats swallow without knowing better. Once that happens, the rat will die.
Please note: this is the recipe for an effective poison.
Do you think the Devil is stupid enough to produce a poisonous Bible that can be smelled right away?
The Bible says he was “more subtle” than any beast (Genesis 3). With his subtlety he is out to get people killed by questioning God’s word, and by sowing confusion in modern versions that would cause us to doubt God’s very words.
Look at this link, as see how the production of the NIV and other modern versions is ruining the Christian witness among moslems, and ask yourself what you would think if you were in their shoes:

If you don’t like “thees” and “thous” – get over it! When you sing, “How great thou art” do you have a problem with that? Try changing that into "modern" speech and sing it - go ahead and try it. It will sound lousy. (By the way, this "archaic" hymn was not written in Elizabethan England - it dates from 1954!) Don’t resist what God has chosen. Believe his words in English.
I would encourage ever believer to accept the King James Bible as God's pure words (Psalm 12), the "scriptures" in the English tounge.
