This morning, I saw in the news where the Interim Likud Chairman has joined Sharon's Kadima party.  Another blow to Likud, another momentum builder for Sharon.  Polls are showing Likud may finish 3rd in the next election, and in an attempt to reposition, Netanyahu is alleging that Likud is "right-center", rather than right wing / conservative.
 
G-d told Israel not to make a deal with the nations around her.  But even those who have supported the conservative philosophy of not negotiating are jumping ship.  Could this be the beginning of the end?  I hope not.  But I got to admit, reading the Jerusalem Post can be a depressing experience the last few weeks.
