Dear friends:I shared this a few years ago but it is so touching I want to share it again.

saint, a message he received in 1945. This came to me from his wife, Sandy
Miller.
_________________________Sandy says:
My husband, Glen, began his ministry in 1945 preaching on the streets of
San Pedro, California, to the pimps, prostitutes and sailors who had docked
there. He didn't know much about preaching then but would cry out "You must
get right with God. Jesus is coming again."One night as he was preaching the Lord spoke to him and said, "You are
preaching to the last generation." It was repeated, "You are preaching to
the last generation." (Remember, this was 1945.)As soon as he got home he got on his knees and asked, "Lord, what did you
mean?"And the Lord answered, "You and other ministers of your day will preach to
people who will never have a funeral!"Over the years, until he went to be with the Lord in May 2000 at age 83, he
told this true story many, many times, warning people to be ready.Sandy Miller
__________________________Thank God for this dear and faithful servant, Glen, who was only age 28 in
1945, and for Sandy, who continues Glen's message by sharing it with us. If
Glen was preaching to the "last generation" in 1945, presumably to adults
on the street, then time is rapidly running out.Jim
