The New World Trade Center

Is The Bible Relevant?
Today we often hear the claim made that the
Bible is “no longer relevant for our times.” Many
living today, people who are both secular and religious, think that the
Bible is just “an old outdated book of Jewish history” which has no
relevance to, or authority in, our modern world.”
Folks,
such claims are “ignorance gone to seed.” The people who make
such claims, without exception, are those who never seriously
study the Bible. I have intensely studied God’s Word for
the past fifty-one years. After all these years of study, I am still amazed
at how very relevant the Word of God is to the times in which we
live. God’s Word not only foretells events that will be in the news
tomorrow or in the near future, it often reveals even intimate details about
such events. In this study I want to share Biblical truth with our readers
which clearly illustrates the relevancy of God’s Word to our

“911”
The telephone companies of the United
States, in cooperation with governing authorities,
many years ago designated “911” as the number
to dial in the event of an emergency. Was the selection of this
particular number just a coincidence? Or…..was it an omen
of a great national and international disaster to come? Did this
particular number “just happen” to be selected, or is there
an “unseen hand” guiding the affairs of men and nations? Have
you ever seriously thought about this “coincidence?”
America and the whole world are now well acquainted
with the true significance of “911.” It was on that date [September
11, 2001] that the twin towers of the World
Trade Center came
crashing to the ground. Thousands of people were killed and the headquarters
of world commerce suddenly ceased to exist. The destruction of the
World Trade Center
affected every nation on earth due to creating a crisis in world commerce.
This is a truth that is rarely considered by the public, and is almost totally
ignored by Bible students.
The Illuminati
Folks, it has long been the goal of the Illuminati
[the enlightened ones…Sic!] to establish
a “New World Order,” Psalm 2:1-3. This planned New World Order calls
for a one-world community of nations, a one-world government, a one-world
religious system, and a one-world economic system. It is more than “coincidence”
that God’s Word, this so-called “old outdated book of Jewish history,” foretold centuries
ago that these goals of the wicked would be achieved in “the last
days.”
The wicked
leaders of the Illuminati will have their desired “New World Order.”
The entire world, divided into ten kingdoms [Daniel 7:23-24; Revelation 17:12-13], will
be united under a one-world government ruled over by one man, Revelation
13:3-7. A one-world religious system will be imposed
upon all humanity, Revelation 13:4; 13:15; 17:1-18. And in order to totally
control world commerce, a one-world economic system will become a
reality, Revelation 13:16-17; 18:1-24. All of this, which is
right now in the formative stage, was predicted in God’s Word
some 2,500 years ago. Coincidence?
World Commerce
In the
rest of this study we will examine only one of the goals of the Illuminati;
total control of world commerce.
Folks,
now four years after the destruction of the World
Trade Center, few people
yet understand the significance of the World
Trade Center in relation
to the planned one-world economic system. Through the use of computers,
and with some of the world’s foremost financial experts working together
in one location in the financial center of the world [New York City], a one-world economic system was already in sight of
the world planners. I received information over ten years ago that the
world planners intended to have a one-world economic system in place by
2006. But their plans were suddenly set
back!
Almighty
God permitted the destruction of the World
Trade Center. Nearly every nation on earth
had offices or representatives at the World
Trade Center. Almost
all transactions involving the movement of money
and goods between nations were cleared through the World Trade Center.
With all of the right equipment and trained professionals to handle it,
all located in one place, the commercial transactions of the world
flowed swiftly and easily between the nations. Everything was headed towards
the planned one-world economic system. But then on September 11, 2001…..CHAOS!
The Aftermath
In the
weeks following the destruction of the World
Trade Center there was widespread confusion.
[Sort of reminds me of Genesis 11:1-9]. Some nations scrambled to find new office
space and equipment in New York
for their people. Others abandoned New York [and America], relocating their
financial experts to Toronto, London, Paris, Rome, Berlin, Madrid, Singapore,
Hong Kong, or other cities of the world. Some countries had lost so many
people in the disaster that they had to spend weeks or even months hiring
and training replacements before they could get back into full operation.
The ease of operation that they had enjoyed at the World
Trade Center was gone.
Today,
four years after the destruction, there is still no world headquarters
where the world financial planners can meet together daily, discuss their
views, and plan and direct world commerce. There is no world trade center!
The Sure Word of Prophecy
It is
at this point that the “light” of God’s “sure Word of prophecy” [2 Peter 1:19] shines forth so brilliantly.
Will there
yet be a one-world economy? Will the wicked Illuminati world planners get
their plans back on track? Will there be another world trade center
where the financial experts of the world can sit down together and plot
how to impose a one-world economic system on humanity?
The inspired
prophecies of God’s Word answer all of these questions in the affirmative.
Let’s see…..
Zechariah 5:5-11
In
these verses, given some 2,500 years ago. Zechariah was given a prophetic
vision directly relating to world commerce in “the last days.”
Study this passage carefully.
The Ephah
In this
vision the angel first showed Zechariah an “ephah.” The “ephah”
was a container used to dispense an exact amount when buying
or selling grain [sometimes liquid]. Today we might compare it with a one
gallon bucket or a bushel basket, each of which contains an exact quantity,
and is used in commercial transactions.
Notice
that these Scriptures twice state that the “ephah” was “going forth,” verses 5-6. This tells us that the “ephah”
was moving or being moved.
Note also
in verse 6 that a personal pronoun is assigned
to the “ephah.” “This is their
resemblance through all the earth.” This indicates
that the “ephah” is not only
a symbol of commerce, but it also a symbol of the people who
are involved in world commerce; the greedy ultra-rich merchants of
the world. The context plainly indicates that they are on the move.
The Talent of Lead
Next the angel showed Zechariah a “talent of lead.” The “talent
of lead” was an exact weight used in buying
and selling. The weight of various products was determined in accordance
with the exact weight of the “talent of lead.”
Notice
that the “talent of lead” was “lifted
up,” verse 7. This again indicates that the “talent
of lead” is being moved. Since both the “ephah” and the “talent of lead” are being moved,
where are they being taken? What is their destination? We will see…..
The Woman
Zechariah
was then shown “a woman that sitteth in the midst of the ephah.”
Since verse 6 indicates that the “ephah” symbolizes the
people that are involved in world commerce, and “the woman” is sitting right in “the midst of the ephah,” we
can conclude that this “woman”
is deeply involved; yea, right in the middle of world commerce.
This then raises a question. Who is this “woman” in Zechariah 5:7? Let’s see if we can identify her…..
When
the Lord gave the “Parables of
the Kingdom” in Matthew 13, He specifically mentioned “a woman” who would hide “leaven” in “three measures of meal, till the whole [kingdom] was leavened,” Matthew 13:33. Throughout
the Scriptures “leaven” always typifies “sin
or wickedness.” See such passages as Exodus
12:8, 12:15, 12:18-20, Matthew 16:6-12, Luke 12:1, and 1 Corinthians 5:6-8.
In other
words, the “woman” in Matthew 13:33 “hid” her corrupt teachings and
doctrines among God’s people in the 3rd
century of the Christian era. This truth is in perfect harmony with the
3rd parable Christ gave in Matthew
13:31-32, and with the 3rd church letter
[Pergamos] in Revelation 2:12-17.
In the
4th church letter [Thyatira], which corresponds with the
4th parable in Matthew 13, the Lord identified the “woman” as “Jezebel,” the wicked old Babylonian whore. In Revelation 17:2 it is specifically stated that “the kings of the earth have committed fornication”
with her, and that “the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk
with the wine of her fornication.” This tells us that
this wicked “woman”
is deeply involved with “the
kings [rulers] of the earth” in their world conspiracy, Psalm
2:1-3. And what is the goal of the rulers of this present
world system? To gain power and wealth! By creating a one-world economic
system completely under their control, these ultra-rich world rulers
plan to guarantee for themselves power and unimaginable riches. Now who
is right in the middle of this wicked scheme? The
“woman” [the Babylonian whore “religion”]
of Zechariah 5:7.
Today
this “woman” is known as “Catholicism.” She claims to be “Christian,”
proudly identifying herself as “The Church.” The truth is, she is neither “Christian” nor the Lord’s
church. She is, in reality, the same old Babylonian whore “religion”
that was established by Nimrod and Semiramis after
the flood. In the 3rd century of Christianity, with the help
of wicked old Constantine, the Roman Emperor, she infiltrated the
ranks of Christianity, dressing herself in “Christian” garments,
and giving “Christian” names to her many pagan idols. She is
not “Christian,” never has been “Christian,” and
never will be “Christian.” Study carefully Matthew 7:15, 13:31-33, Revelation 2:13-15, 2:20-23, and 17:1-5.
She is a great deceiver, and has seduced millions of people into
following her. Read Proverbs 2:16-19, 5:3-5, and 7:5-27. Has it ever occurred to our readers that the “Catholic
religion” dominates most of the nations of the earth? Now
you know why!
Wickedness
Next Zechariah
was shown “wickedness,” verse 8.
The term is not defined in this passage, but there are numerous passages
elsewhere in God’s Word that make clear the meaning of “wickedness.” It is a simple truth
that “wickedness” is the exact opposite of “righteousness.”
In keeping with the context of this passage,
it is certain that “making the ephah small, and
the shekel great, and falsifying the balances,” Amos 8:4-6, is
an act of “wickedness.” See also Micah 6:10-12. Cheating employees out of their wages by some
fraudulent scheme is also “wickedness,”
James 5:1-5.
Today as I write, hundreds or even thousands
of working class people [the poor] that have paid into “retirement”
accounts for twenty or thirty years are being told that their funds are
gone. Their companies [usually big corporations] have “looted”
the accounts, then filed for “protection” under bankruptcy laws.
Strangely, the CEO’s of some of these companies are given huge
bonuses for having “saved the company money.” Folks, such
dealings are just plain “wickedness.”
There
was a time in the past when most people worked “to make a living,”
and were content if they had the necessities of life, Philippians
4:11; 1 Timothy 6:6-8; Hebrews 13:5-6. But today
GREED has taken over. Most people today want to “get rich”
and “live the good life.” Fun! Fun! Fun! is
the cry of the day. “…..lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God,” 2 Timothy
3:4. Sic! Today there are people who will lie,
cheat, steal, and even murder to achieve their
desired goal. In this end-time world today, GREED
is running rampant!
As Zechariah
watched, “wickedness” was “cast” into “the midst of the ephah.” This
is the exact same place that “the woman” was sitting, verses 7-8. Coincidence? Not hardly! “The woman” and “wickedness”
are inseparable. Where you find one, you will always find
the other.
The old
Babylonian whore “religion” has been connected with “wickedness”
ever since she first appeared on the world scene in “the days of Noah.” Shortly after
the flood, Nimrod and Semiramis rebelled against
the Lord and established their anti-God “religion,” Genesis 10:8-12. They committed “spiritual whoredom”
in departing from the Lord God. The beginning of Nimrod’s
kingdom was Babel [Babylon], Genesis 10:9-10; 11:1-9. Every false religion on earth,
throughout human history since the flood, has been “born” of
this old Babylonian “religious” whore.
Now here
in Zechariah 5:8 “wickedness” is “cast” into the “ephah.” In other words,
it was predicted that the anti-God spirit, the corruption of truth,
the willingness to cheat and steal and lie and even to murder,
and insatiable GREED would become a part of world commerce in the
end-time, instigated, encouraged, and nurtured by “the
woman,” the old Babylonian whore “religion”
of Revelation 17, who according to our text is
“in the midst” of it all. But
there is still more to Zechariah’s vision…..
The Second Woman
As Zechariah
continued to behold this vision, he next saw the angel “cast
the weight of lead upon the mouth” of the “ephah,” verse 8. Remember that both the “ephah” and the “talent of lead” [symbols of commerce]
were being moved; transported to a new location.
Zechariah
then saw “two women” come out of the “ephah,” verse 9. This tells us that an additional
“woman” will enter into the events of end-time world
commerce. We identified the first “woman”
as “Jezebel,” the old Babylonian “religious”
whore. But who is this second “woman?”
…..and why does she come out of the “ephah”
in the company of the first “woman?”
Remember that verse 6 assigns a personal pronoun to the “ephah.” “This is their resemblance
through all the earth.” While the “ephah” is a symbol of
commerce, it is also a symbol of the Illuminati; the “secret cartel”
of ultra-rich men who seek to totally control world commerce. When
Zechariah first saw the “ephah” there was only
one “woman” in it, verse 7. But as the vision continued “two women” came out of it, verse 9. Since there was only one “woman” in the “ephah” [the world cartel]
in verse 7,
then it should be obvious that the second “woman”
was brought into existence by the world planners, with the full cooperation
of the first “woman.” Now why would the old Babylonian
whore “religion” [Catholicism], who
has never been tolerant of competition, willingly cooperate with
the world planners in bringing forth a second “woman?”
We will see…..
A Birth Predicted
Notice
that when the “two women” come out of the “ephah” they have “wings,” verse 9,
“like the wings of a stork.” Since ancient times
the “stork” has been associated with the “false
religions” of the world. The “stork”
is a pagan symbol of birth. It is still often portrayed that way
today. The origin of this symbol can be traced right back to the Tower of Babel and the ancient “religion” started by Nimrod and
Semiramis. The use of the “stork” in Zechariah’s vision
indicates that a pagan anti-God “birth” is about to take place.
What is going to be born?
As Zechariah
beheld these “two women,” he stated, “the wind…..is in their wings.”
This indicates that they were flying [moving] swiftly,
taking the “ephah”
and the “talent”
and “wickedness” to a new location. Where are
they taking these things? Why are they being moved? What [or who] is about
to be “born?”
It is
obvious from verse 10 that Zechariah was pondering these same questions.
A Birth Accomplished
Folks,
on September 11, 2001 the World Trade Center in New
York was totally destroyed. Today there is no world headquarters
to oversee and regulate world commerce. If the goal of the Illuminati
world planners to have a one-world economic system is to be achieved, then
there must be a world headquarters capable of monitoring and
controlling every business transaction conducted anywhere throughout
the world. Does this sound impossible? Fantastic?
Will such a thing ever become a reality? Read Revelation
13:16-17 again, and this time believe it!
It is
obvious that the World Trade Center that once existed in New
York City is not being rebuilt, and there are no plans to rebuild
it there. In fact, America is no longer the economic
center of the world. The world planners have, for many years, been quietly
shifting the center of world economic wealth from the U.S.
to Europe and Asia, and especially towards the Middle
East. America is being abandoned by the
world planners. Yet, the world planners need an economic world headquarters
in order to achieve their goal of complete world economic domination. So
where is a new world trade center going to be located?
The question
asked by Zechariah in verse 10 is answered by the angel in verse 11. “To build it an house in the land
of Shinar: and it
shall be established, and set there upon her own base.” Wow!
What a revealing passage!
Analysis
This passage states quite plainly that “an house” [a new
world trade center] will be built “in the land of Shinar.”
Folks, there is only one “land of Shinar”
mentioned in the entire Bible. God’s Word identifies
it as being synonymous with the land of Babylon. See Genesis 10:10, 11:2, Jeremiah 50:1, 51:54, and Daniel 1:1-2. It is the large alluvial plain on the southern
portion of the Tigris and Euphrates rivers. It was
in this great plain on the banks of the Euphrates river
that Nimrod built the city of “Babel” [Babylon]. Today this same area is the southern
part of the nation of Iraq.
Coincidence? Not hardly!
The annals
of history tell us that ancient Babylon was “the fountain” from which
the world economic system flowed. The first “money” was coined
in ancient Babylon. The “banking
system” originated in Babylon,
and from there spread throughout the world. Isn’t it then ironic
that, according to Zechariah 5:11, the new world trade center
will be built [“born”] in Babylon,
right where the world economy began?
Folks,
Zechariah 5:5-11
is commonly overlooked or ignored by most prophecy teachers today.
But this portion of Scripture gives insight and answers to numerous questions
relating to end-time prophecy. It should never have been neglected!
Now let’s
put this entire end-time scenario together, as based on the prophetic truths
set forth in Zechariah 5:5-11 and other related passages.
The First Woman…..The first “woman” in Zechariah’s vision is “Jezebel,”
the old Babylonian whore, the one we know today as “Catholicism.”
This “woman”
presently sits on the “seven
mountains” of Rome,
Italy, Revelation 17:9; 17:18. But through her many religious and
political contacts, she “reigneth
over the kings of the earth,” Revelation 17:18. Because
of her constant “intercourse” with the world and the rulers
of it, God’s Word refers to her as “the great whore,” Revelation 17:1. She is
deeply involved in all of the religious and political activities
of the world, including the world conspiracy, Psalm
2:1-3. That is why Zechariah sees her sitting “in the midst of the ephah,” verse 7. Nothing of importance takes place
in this world that the old “religious” whore is not aware of
or directly involved in. Nothing!
The Second Woman…..This second “woman” will be brought into existence right
at or immediately after the beginning of the Tribulation. She will be the
“fruit” [Matthew 7:15-20] of the “ecumenical movement” began
by the first “woman” under the leadership of
Pope John XXIII in 1960. This second “woman” will be the one-world
“religion” that has long been one of the goals of the world
planners.
Some
today “theorize”
that the future one-world “religion” will simply be an apostate
“Christian” organization, because the present Catholic “religion”
is “Christian.” Sic! Nothing could be further from
the truth! Such a theory is obviously the result of very
shallow Bible study. This second “woman” [the one-world “religion]
will be an amalgamation of New Agers, Humanists, Occultists, Pagans, Satanists, adherents
of Voodoo and Witchcraft, Shamanism, and every other kind of “false
religion” on earth. All of these “religions” will
be brought together to form a new one-world “religion,” which
will be imposed upon humanity during the Tribulation. Most “religionists”
will willingly unite with this end-time “religious” confederation.
Those few “religionists” who dare to resist will simply be “eliminated.”
Also,
immediately after the rapture, those left on earth who turn to the Judeo-Christian
Scriptures for salvation and light will be killed, Revelation
6:9-11. The martyrdom [murder] of repentant believers will
continue right through the Tribulation, Revelation 13:5-7; 13:15; 17:6; 20:4. There is absolutely
nothing in the Scriptures that even suggests that the one-world “religion”
will be apostate “Christianity.” Such a wild “theory” is totally unscriptural
“hogwash.” In fact, it is very doubtful that any vestige of
“Christianity” will be retained by either one of these two “religious”
whores after the beginning of the Tribulation, for both of them will
be anti-God and anti-Christ, and will come out in the open as being absolutely
opposed to the Bible of the “Christian” faith.
The Two “Women”…..Since
Zechariah saw “two women” bearing the “ephah,”
verses 9-10,
it is obvious that these “women” will work together for a brief
time, probably the first half of the Tribulation. Together they
will be instrumental in moving the world headquarters of commerce
back to Babylon [“the
land of Shinar”] where it all
began. Since they fly swiftly [“the wind was
in their wings”], the move will be accomplished
in a very short time. At Babylon a new world trade center will be
built [“born”], making Babylon the financial center of
the entire world exactly as prophesied here in Zechariah 5:5-11.
Babylon…..The
actual, literal city of Babylon
is being rebuilt even as I write. In fact, the rebuilding of Babylon
was announced in a news release by the Iraqi government on March 28,
1970. Reconstruction of the city has been going on ever since that
date.
The result
of selecting Babylon as the site for a new world
trade center means that the wealth of the whole world will swiftly
flow to Babylon. Developers will
rush to Babylon from all over the world. Residences, apartments, condos, and
high rises will be built to house the thousands of people that will flock
to Babylon to live and work. Hotels, businesses,
office buildings, and sky scrapers will spring up all across “the land
of Shinar.” It is likely
that the largest and most up-to-date air terminal in the world will be built
in Babylon to accommodate the many “important”
people [Sic!] wanting to fly to Babylon.
It is certain that the Euphrates river will be dredged to make it deeper and wider, in order
to accommodate the large ocean liners and other vessels that will sail right
into Babylon’s port, exactly
as they did in ancient times. These ships will be bringing “merchandise,” Revelation 18:11-13, from all over
the world to sell to the hundreds of thousands of people pouring into Babylon. Babylon
will become the greatest seaport in the world. In a little less
than seven years, Babylon will become the largest and richest
city in the world.
Babylon
will also become the Gentile Capital of the entire world, from which
the Antichrist will rule the nations; a fact that many Bible students seem
to have overlooked. Folks, when the New World Order is established during
the Tribulation, the entire earth will be divided into ten kingdoms,
Daniel 7:23-25.
Each of these kingdoms will be ruled over by a king; probably
a strong political leader hand picked by the leaders of the Illuminati.
But each of these kings will themselves be subject to the “Supreme
King,” the Antichrist, who will rule over all. Study carefully
Isaiah 10:12-14,
14:4-6, Habakkuk 2:5, Revelation 13:7, 13:16-17, 17:12-13, and
17:17. And from what city will the Antichrist rule? Babylon!
The literal
city of Babylon is rising today from it’s
ancient ruins. Significantly, this city is located in the nation we know
today as “Iraq.”
Strangely, while the present war rages in Iraq, the city of Babylon has hardly been touched. It almost seems as if it is “taboo”
to fight there; as if Babylon is
being “protected” by some “unseen power.” It appears
that Babylon is being preserved for the greater role it is yet to play in
the events of the end-time. Wow!
Update
While writing this study, a news article I received
several months ago came to mind. This news article was sent to me from
a highly reliable Internet news service. To the best of my knowledge
this news has never been reported on the national news channels in the United
States.
The news
article reports that even while the fighting continues in Iraq,
engineers from the U.S.,
Great Britain, and other countries are laying out
plans to build a “World Peace Center” in the old city of Babylon.
The article further reported that a number of nations have already pledged
funds for the project in the amount of some $150 billion dollars.
Folks,
this news article makes it obvious that the nations [or world planners]
are serious about this project. For “peace” or whatever reason,
it is obvious that “someone” [?] really wants the city of Babylon
rebuilt. Well guess what? God’s wonderful inspired Word declared
centuries ago that Babylon would
be rebuilt in the end-time. The “more sure Word of prophecy,” 2 Peter 1:19, is going
to be fulfilled just exactly as the prophecies are set forth in the Scriptures.
Praise the Lord!
The United States of America
Folks,
if what has been presented in this study undermines the “silly theory” that America
[or New York City] is “Babylon the great,” Revelation 18, then so be
it. I have no apology to make to anyone for what has been presented.
In writing
this study, I unashamedly admit that I had two purposes in mind. My first
purpose was to set forth the truth of God’s Word for the
spiritual enlightenment and benefit of God’s people [those truly saved].
My second purpose was to expose the now very popular “theory” that “America
is Babylon” as “false teaching” that
should be rejected by people who are serious about wanting to know and understand
Biblical truth.
Folks,
there is not one single verse of Scripture in all of God’s
Word that states, implies, or even suggests that “America”
is Babylon. The entire “silly
theory” is based upon shallow Bible study, human reasoning,
personal opinion, allegorical fantasy, and reading into God’s Word
things that the Scriptures absolutely do not say or teach.
And yes,
I have studied the “America is Babylon”
theory. I have had two or three people send me their books on the subject,
and have received a lot of additional material promoting the “America
is Babylon” theory. I have
very carefully studied the “theory” since it was first introduced to God’s
people some thirty years ago. I found the “theory”
to be totally lacking in Scriptural merit. The whole “theory”
is unscriptural fiction. It is a “theory” that some people want
to believe, so they believe it, and try to get others to believe it. Because
some people choose to believe it does not make it Scriptural
truth.
One fellow
sent me an email in which he bluntly stated that he doesn’t care
what anyone says; he believes that “America
is Babylon,” and that he will believe it until
the day that he dies. How sad! All the fellow
really told me is that his heart and mind are closed to any further
light from God’s Word, and that he prefers to “believe a lie”
rather than to believe the truth of God’s Word. Sadly, it appears
that there are also others like him in the ranks of “Christianity.”
Folks,
1 Thessalonians
5:21 is still in the Bible! Those who claim to be “God’s people” are obligated by God’s
Word to prove those things that they profess to believe and teach…..by
the Scriptures. If you can’t find Scriptural proof for
what you believe and teach, then you shouldn’t be teaching it.
The Lord will hold you accountable, John 12:47-48.
I repeat,
there is not one single verse of Scripture in all of God’s
Word that states, implies, suggests, or teaches that the United
States of America is Babylon. Such a “theory” is unadulterated “hogwash.”
God’s people should be ashamed for teaching such an unscriptural
“theory.”
Folks,
the only thing that America and Babylon have in common Scripturally,
is that both of these wicked nations will ultimately be totally
destroyed, Psalm 9:17. Their destruction is a truth you can “engrave
in stone,” because God’s Word teaches it. Babylon will be destroyed at the end of
the Tribulation, exactly as prophesied in Revelation 16:19 and Revelation 18. But America’s day
of judgment and destruction is right at the door. I expect America to be destroyed either
right before or immediately after the beginning of the Tribulation.
And folks, the Tribulation is staring humanity in the face. Read
Zephaniah 1:14.
Are you ready?
Conclusion
Zechariah 5:5-11, an often overlooked
or ignored prophecy, makes it very clear that the literal city of
Babylon, located in Iraq, will rise again.
There in Babylon, a new world trade center will be built. Babylon will become the financial center and depository of the wealth
of the entire world. And it will become the “Capital of the World,”
from which the Antichrist will impose his rule upon all the nations of the
earth.
Folks,
Isaiah 13, Isaiah
46-47, Jeremiah 50-51, Revelation 16:19, and
Revelation 18, are all speaking of the actual literal
city and land of Babylon.
These passages will be literally fulfilled just as they are set forth
in God’s Word. Almighty God meant what He said, and said what He
meant.
In 51
years of preaching God’s Word, I never learned how to explain it
away. I still take the Word of God literally for what it actually
says and teaches. The last time I checked, Romans 3:4, “…..yea, let God be true, but every man a liar…..”
was still in the Bible. So was Revelation 22:18-19! I still believe in, preach,
and teach God’s Word as literal truth without adding my opinion,
ideas, or theories to it, and without taking from it that which just doesn’t
appeal or “seem right” to my human reasoning.
The Word
of God still says, “For My thoughts are
not your thoughts, neither are your
ways My ways, saith the
Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My
ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts,” Isaiah
55:8-9. You cannot “interpret”
God’s Word by your own human reasoning and understanding If you want to “rightly divide the Word of truth,” 2 Timothy 2:15, then
ask the One who gave His Word to give you instruction, understanding, and
guidance, John 16:12-13;
1 Corinthians 2:11-12. After all, it is His Word,
not yours. Read Proverbs 2:1-7 and 3:5-8.
In closing I admonish God’s people
to always view God’s Word as literal truth. Accept
it and believe it for what it actually and literally says and teaches.
Then, and only then, will you be given grace to understand just how
very relevant this “old outdated book of Jewish history” is
to the times in which we live today. Amen!
