F.M. Riley, is his letter yesterday, took to task those of us that believe  the Lord has shown that the USA is the Mystery Babylon described in Revelation 18 and Jeremiah 50,51. Reference his letter:

In reading your letter, Sir, three things stand out in my mind.

1. You said: ""Babylon...The actual, literal city of Babylon is being rebuilt even as I write.  In fact, the rebuilding of Babylon was announced in a news release by the Iraqi government on March 28, 1970.  Reconstruction of the city has been going on ever since that date."

These are pictures taken at the site of Babylon, Iraq (courtesy of The Alpha/Omega Report). They clearly show no building has taken place:

I can find no report anywhere of building going on in Babylon, Iraq today, or any planned for the future.
 

2. You also said: " Today, four years after the destruction, there is still no world headquarters where the world financial planners can meet together daily, discuss their views, and plan and direct world commerce.  There is no world trade center!"

To my knowledge there was never any daily meetings of world financial planners to discuss views and plan direct world commerce at the WTC. Bible prophecy declares they would be in the city, not a particular building or set of buildings. Acording this BBC report, a year after 9/11, most of the tenants are still in NYC:

"One concern, that former tenants of the massive office complex would flee Manhattan for good, has not been realised."

3. I have Googled "World Peace Center" and have found nothing about it anywhere. Nor have I ever read or heard of it. Do you have a URL for the article that you mentioned?

I, and others, have well documented the USA as the endtime economic Babylon prophesied in scripture on my website.
