Read this article by Jimmy DeYoung ( http://jimmydeyoung.gospelcom.net/pp/ ) from the Nov/Dec issue of Israel My Glory. It reflects what David Baye ( http://www.cuttingedge.org/ ) has been saying for at least the past six years. He also bases his conclusions on Jewish Orthodox Bible scholars and has communicated directly with a number of them in Israel.

 

The Edomites became the Idumeans (Herod!). At the time of the final Jewish dispersion in 135 AD the Idumeans were evidently expelled along with the Jews. Their destination was BOSNIA! The linkage between Bosnia and "Palestine" remains strong to this day.

 

Fast forward to the 1930's. al Husseini, Arafat's uncle, is the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem. He is Hitler's strongest supporter, even writing Hitler to kill more Jews faster. At the onset of hostilities, Hitler gives him refuge. He goes on to become the spritual founder of the BOSNIAN SS, perhaps the most terrible unit of all as far as the Jews were concerned.

 

Strange how things come round and round, isn't it? There's more mention of Edom in the Bible than I can comfortably deal with here, but the following I find particularly relevant:

 

Exo 17:16 For he said, Because the LORD hath sworn that the LORD will have war with Amalek from generation to generation.

 

Mal 1:2 I have loved you, saith the LORD. Yet ye say, Wherein hast thou loved us? Was not Esau Jacob's brother? saith the LORD: yet I loved Jacob,

 

Mal 1:3 And I hated Esau, and laid his mountains and his heritage waste for the dragons of the wilderness.

 

Mal 1:4 Whereas Edom saith, We are impoverished, but we will return and build the desolate places; thus saith the LORD of hosts, They shall build, but I will throw down; and they shall call them, The border of wickedness, and, The people against whom the LORD hath indignation forever.

 

Oba 1:15 For the day of the LORD is near upon all the heathen: as thou hast done, it shall be done unto thee: thy reward shall return upon thine own head.

 

Oba 1:16 For as ye have drunk upon my holy mountain, so shall all the heathen drink continually, yea, they shall drink, and they shall swallow down, and they shall be as though they had not been.

 

Oba 1:17 But upon mount Zion shall be deliverance, and there shall be holiness; and the house of Jacob shall possess their possessions.

 

Oba 1:18 And the house of Jacob shall be a fire, and the house of Joseph a flame, and the house of Esau for stubble, and they shall kindle in them, and devour them; and there shall not be any remaining of the house of Esau; for the LORD hath spoken it.

 

Oba 1:19 And they of the south shall possess the mount of Esau; and they of the plain the Philistines: and they shall possess the fields of Ephraim, and the fields of Samaria: and Benjamin shall possess Gilead.

 

Oba 1:20 And the captivity of this host of the children of Israel shall possess that of the Canaanites, even unto Zarephath; and the captivity of Jerusalem, which is in Sepharad, shall possess the cities of the south.

 

Oba 1:21 And saviors shall come up on mount Zion to judge the mount of Esau; and the kingdom shall be the LORD's.
