ASHKELON - coming conflagration?

Israel's vulnerability to missle attacks could, according to this article, end up in a flaming holocaust of the port of Askelon,,,,,,huge oil interests there, and many flamable rigs, etc.   The Jews recently left Gaza "forsaken".....is an event at Ashkelon next?   read article below,,,,

Many are asking what Sharon is waiting for, as the Palestinians are now firing Qassam missiles into the port-town of Ashkelon. This is a town with 22 Oil Terminal storage tanks holding 1.5 million cu. meters of oil. It is from Askhelon that we have the oil pipeline that runs to Eilat carrying the oil unloaded from tankers in the Gulf of Eilat, and there is the oil port at Askhelon that accommodates oil tankers up to 300,000 DWT in the Mediterranean. Add to that the large electrical power plant just south of the city and one of the Palestinian missiles already landed in the installation yard of that power plant.
With the forced evacuation of Gaza the Palestinians have found a new launching position to shell new Israeli targets. But this time they are not only endangering Israeli lives with the missiles but could and will if not stopped cause a major environmental disaster if the oil tanks are hit or the pipeline punctured. To add to an already explosive situation al-Qaida has moved many operatives into the areas we were forced by Sharon and Bush to leave.
What we keep hearing from Bush, Rice and Sharon is Mahmoud Abbas must rein in the terrorist, knowing full well he has no intentions to even try, in fact, it is well known he has now lost even the resemblance of authority in Gaza and Hamas has taken over.
So we here in Israel are asking what is the matter with Sharon, as if we don’t already know. Is he waiting for a direct strike on one of the above targets before he acts to stop these insane murdering Islamic monsters that show no desire for peace with Israel. And once again we are hearing from Washington that we must show restraint and not bomb those who have only one desire, to kill each and everyone of us here in Israel.
It is also known that Sharon is restraining the IAF from pre-empting Palestinian missile sites before they have the opportunity to fire them at us. But one thing is certain, it is only a matter of time before many more Israelis are killed by the Islamic devils, and when it happens will we be able to expect the regular response of a few empty buildings in Gaza to be blown up.
What is never reported is that you’d be hard spent to find one Palestinian family who doesn’t have at least one member involved in firing the Qassam missiles or who haven’t supplied a suicide bomber, yet if we were to bomb Gaza who do you think would be the bad guys? The fact is the only possible way to stop these Islamic murderers is to show them such a force that they will for reasons of fear alone say uncle, enough, please stop, we will be good. Anyone who knows anything about Islam knows this is the only way to stop them. Their entire religion is built on fear, Sharia Law is what they live by and that controls them by fear, the Koran teaches them that if they don’t abide by the rules they will lose, hands, arms, legs, or even their head.
