"Re: Iraq and Vietnam"

David,
I look at both of these wars from a totally different viewpoint. To me it is a spiritual battle.

Eph 6:12 -For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

God is opening up these areas for the gospel to reach those that know nothing of Jesus and Christianity so that then the end can come. In Iraq; satellite dishes are now available and the good news is reaching the lost. Before the war they were banned. China has opened up, The U.S.S.R. opened up along with the Eastern block of nations. Trinity Broadcasting now reaches the world so all can receive it and that is good news.

I am distressed at the cost of American lives as you are but the word declares that one soul has more value than the entire world. We must endure and we must prevail.
We must pray for the protection of our soldiers and pray for the enemy to be defeated. I pray for all in the Middle East and hope all Doves will agree with me in prayer for the salvation of each person who lives there.
Let us fight the good fight of faith in prayer and use our authority against the forces of darkness.

Ps 68:1 -Let God arise, let his enemies be scattered: let them also that hate him flee before him.

In Christ,
