The Harvest moon will appear blood red for the duration of the lunar eclipse on the feast of Sukkot [Tabernacles].

The entire eclipse can be seen from east of the Mississippi River.
West of the Mississippi, the eclipse is underway at moonrise.

Greatest eclipse occurs at 2:47:07.5 UT.

Totality lasts for 1h11m55s.

PDT is 9 hours behind UT.  EDT is 6 hours behind UT.

Israel is currently on daylight savings time [UT +3] until 25 October 2015.
