I Have a DreamWell, it’s not actually a dream. It’s more of a hope, a deep desire, or a longing.

Plus, dreams don’t always come true. This will come true. I know it will. It’s guaranteed by the highest authority.
It will also come true very soon. I know it will. The evidence is overwhelming. I can’t wait. And I can’t stop thinking about it. It’s on my mind constantly.
I’m talking about what some call the “rapture.” The word “rapture” is not itself in the Bible. Rapture is a translation for the Greek word harpazo for “caught up.” [Lexicon: Harpazo (G726): to catch up, take by force, catch away, pluck.]
Scripture says:
But I do not want you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning those who have fallen asleep, lest you sorrow as others who have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who sleep in Jesus. For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will by no means precede those who are asleep. For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. Therefore comfort one another with these words. (1 Thessalonians 4:13-18, NKJV).
I believe I will soon be caught up “to meet the Lord in the air,” and I will “always be with the Lord.” Wow! What a ride that will be! I can’t wait to meet Him – the One who died for me. And for you too. I want to look at those nail holes in His hands and feet. They will still be there, and will remain for eternity, a constant reminder of why we are there.
Hopefully, you will also be there. I look forward to seeing and knowing you in an eternal state of bliss, free from the distortions, distractions, bondages, sicknesses, and worries of this evil world. What a day that will be!
Just think: Seeing loved ones and friends who have gone before. How thrilling, especially to see their younger bodies!
Beauty beyond imagination. Flowers of incredible beauty. Vivid colors everywhere, colors never before seen.
A pervasive and sweet-smelling fragrance, everywhere.
Heavenly music, as if composed by a thousand Mozarts.
Angels everywhere.
How soon will this be? I am not sure, but I am sure it will be soon. I am in touch with dozens of brilliant Bible scholars from all over the world. That is their consensus, and I agree, having studied the subject for more than 40 years.
The biblical signs are many, and cannot be ignored. Pastor J.D. Faraq of Calvary Chapel in Hawaii states it this way: http://www.rapturewatch.net/apps/videos/videos/show/18106574-mid-east-prophecy-update-august-4th-2013- (for his conclusion, go forward to 23:48.)
May you greet Him when He comes with great joy, which will always be yours.
God bless you,
Jim
