My heart went out to you when I read your post because although my family are Christian - nobody believes the rapture is anywhere near and they are all going about their worldly ways.
What can you do?  Well as Husband and thus head of the home - you actually have authority to stand in for your wife and children.  You can claim their protection by standing in authority against evil and asking Jesus to protect them and keep them from harm.
I did not realise just how much authority we have until I read (and I would really recommend this book to anybody) "I give you authority" by Charles H Kraft.  There is a wonderful chapter devoted to how husband's can claim authority over their wife and children (in a Godly manner).
I hope that helps a little.  I know it is very hard when we feel we are standing so very alone - even outside what our Church may be preaching.  Most people are so wrapped up in the world - they want to live out their lives here first and not even think about our most Blessed Hope.  To my mind this seems nuts - but to them - we seem nuts!!
