The British Parliament was recalled from recess to discuss the riots in London and across England.

This took place on 11/8/2011. Yes, exactly 1 month before the 10th anniversary of 911.

And of course it was on an 11th day and day #223 which is the 49th prime. 9+4 = 13.

11/8/2011 was exactly 1 week after Mark Duggan was shot dead by London Police on 4/8/2011.

 

There is a little pattern here -

From Duggan killed to Parliament recalled - 1 week.

From Parliament recalled to 911 anniversary - 1 month.

From 911 10th anniversary in 2011 to 911 11th anniversary in 2012 - 1 year.

 

And from 11/9/2001 to 11/8/2011 (Parl't recalled) it is 3621 days or 9 yrs and 11 months forming a 911.

 

3621 days is (17 x 71) + (17 x 71) + (17 x 71). Nice and symmetrical.
