when I go to http://www.torahcalendar.com/  it says this is the 6th day of the 6th month the 6 month is NOT Tammuz but is Elul. thus according to their website Rosh Hashanah is going to be on the 31st of Aug not the 29 or 30th of Sept as is on the calendar used. so yes they believe the calendar if off but they believe that the calendar used by Jews everywhere is one month behind not two months ahead.
