Hi Doves,
 
The Ninth of Av, fast commemorates the destruction of the two Temples.
 
I believe, after the Rapture occurs on the 30th of August 2011 [29th of Tammuz], the Third Temple will be rebuild, 10 days later, starting from the 8th of September 2011 [9th of Av].
