What happens when a person has a cell phone, the provider has an IP address for its users.   So then if you are trying to go there from your cell phone and it says banned, then it is because so many people from that carrier are posting and they had to block the entire carrier.    And then it just takes everyone out, not just you from say Sprint, etc.   So I would not take it personally that they banned that IP address, it wasn't you.
