I was looking/searching for precisely the same thing for quite a while.  I came upon this man's website and he offers this book and all his research free of charge with no copyright laws.  I have yet to get through the entire study as I was mainly focused on the first three books of Revelation and what God has to say to the Churches.

Thank you Mr. Koenig for offering your life's study free of charge.  Mr. Koenig fairly presents all views and then offers what he believes to be his view.  I hope you find this a blessing and find comfort as I did.
