"Judgment
Seat of Christ (Bema)"
Hi John and Doves,
For some time, I have been studying the Bible regarding the
Judgment Seat of Christ and have many questions for how we
born-again Christians will face Jesus immediately after the
rapture. The way the Bible explains 2 Cor 5:10 “For we must all
appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may
receive the things done in his body, according to that he has
done, whether it be good or bad”
So instead of living now in the joy of that moment, we live in
anxiety and fear because we think we’re going to have to give an
account, whether good or bad and be afraid that our deeds are
tested by fire that burns wood and stubble and not be given a
crown. In other words we are not worthy to enter the kingdom of
heaven. I’m sure a lot of us have this fear including me. I have
read many articles on this subject and many are not making us
comfortable of what we have to face the word “Judgment”.
Judgment should be reserved for the unsaved, not us saved who
spend a lot of time studying the Word of God in Jesus name.
I just found out today that Robbie posted on RITAN that Johnny
Tatum wrote an article on the “Blessing Seat of Christ.” This is
a well-research article about certain scriptures either taken
out of context or poor translation from original Greek. A poor
translation of a Greek word can change the whole concept of the
scripture. There is no clear translation from that Greek word
and Judgment is not a proper translation, it should be close to
Blessing, as in receiving a reward in a victory platform. See
the article below for your review and I welcome any comment that
you might have.

The meaning of the Judgment Seat of Christ should be labeled as
the Blessing Seat of Christ. We now have no fear as we look
forward to meet Jesus in the air AND to be rewarded for our
deeds, whether good or of no value! Why, because bad isn’t
allowed to be mention in heaven. We are covered by the blood of
Jesus. Sin is wiped away and left behind. Isn’t that great! No
worries! No stress and I cannot wait to be raptured!
Maranatha!
