right after I read your post http://www.fivedoves.com/letters/aug2011/christina2-820.htm I I started to pray for you, but  before I could even say too much, I immediately saw (imagined by divine inspiration?) the following:

An open cigaret box, but with no cigarets inside. The box was filled with cards, and on each card were written some Bible verses!

I guess that's what it is supposed to mean: Whenever you feel like you want to smoke a cigaret, take the box, open it and draw a card. Read the verse and memorize it. Put the card back into the box, close the box and put the box back to its place. During the next 5 minutes when you would usually smoke the cigaret, say the bible verse over and over again.

Frankly, I have never before read or heard of that idea, it came directly to my mind when I started to pray for you!

You don't have to set you free yourself, the Word of God (=Jesus!) will set you free!
