Note what Al Maghnieh, a city councilor in Canada, states in the video regarding the number of complaints his department has received concerning these strange sounds. He explained that what began as a couple of complaints regarding these strange sounds, has now grown to hundreds and hundreds of complaints over the past few months. And in his opinion, this matter needs to be taken much more seriously and investigated further.
