Years ago I heard my Pastor say that he would tell new believers to read the book of John first, which reveals God's love  and after they finished the book of John they would
immediately read Revelations... The Pastor was dismayed and asked God "Why would they, the new believers want to read Revelations?... Isn't that way
over their heads to comprehend?".... God revealed to my Pastor that what the new believers really comprehend out of the book of Revelations is the GOD IS IN CHARGE! ! !

I Actually believe that Revelations let's us see things from His Heavenly perspective.
