For those of us who get banned from glp, you can still access their site if you go through a proxy...like http://proxify.co.uk/  This is the one I use...just type in the website you want to visit in the Proxify box and click on' Proxify'.  You can visit websites without your ISP being seen.
 
Trinity gave me this site to use when I was banned several years ago...works pretty well; can be a bit slow at times or links won't work or sometimes it's overloaded...usually no problems though.
 
Eventually I get 'unbanned'...my ISP gets caught up in the group ban sometimes - I'm with AOL and I've had plenty of problems trying to get on to different forums to register - sometimes it's impossible. Sigh.
