Daniel 11:31
"His armed forces will rise up to desecrate the temple fortress and will abolish the daily sacrifice. Then they will set up the abomination that causes desolation."
 
Daniel 12:11
"From the time that the daily sacrifice is abolished and the abomination that causes desolation is set up, there will be 1,290 days.
 
From these Scriptures we are told that the anti-Christ is in charge of his own army at the time the abomination is set up in the temple 1,290 days before the end of his 'reign of terror' known as the "great tribulation" which begins at the time of the abomination of desolation is set up to desecrate the temple of God in Jerusalem. Prior to the last 1,290 days the anti-Christ is very busy fighting wars in the in the Middle East which brings everything to the 'tipping point'. You can read all about it in Daniel Chapter 11.
