"10 days"

I was doing a search looking @ 10 days, the amount of time between the Feast of Trumpets & Yom Kippur.

I believe each of these are archetypes of the Rapture:

Laban attempts to delay the bride 10 days:

Genesis 24:55
But her brother and her mother replied, "Let the girl remain with us ten days or so; then you may go."

This was Isaac's bride Rebecca.  In this instance, Abraham's servant, denies the delay, and then Rebecca agrees to leave immediately.

1 Samuel 25:38
About ten days later, the LORD struck Nabal and he died.

In this instance, Abigail recognizes David for who he really is (God's chosen king vs. Saul).  After Nabal's death, she agrees to marriage & leave w/ David.

Acts 25:6
After spending eight or ten days with them, he went down to Caesarea, and the next day he convened the court and ordered that Paul be brought before him.
After this, Paul appeals to Caesar (the ultimate power a long distance away, in parable to King of the Universe).  Paul then departs by ship to Rome to finish his race.

There also is this reference in Revelation:

Revelation 2:9-11 (New International Version)

9I know your afflictions and your poverty—yet you are rich! I know the slander of those who say they are Jews and are not, but are a synagogue of Satan. 10Do not be afraid of what you are about to suffer. I tell you, the devil will put some of you in prison to test you, and you will suffer persecution for ten days. Be faithful, even to the point of death, and I will give you the crown of life. 11He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. He who overcomes will not be hurt at all by the second death.
