A friend posted that on her Facebook page, without any comparison to BHO. I had just been saying since I first heard of him that he fit the profile exactly. I've known 2 people who are text book cases, and when I saw BHO, it was very obvious that he fit that definition. He's also got narcissistic personality traits. Very scary combo.
