He's obviously standing in front of a big letter "A".

But you are right, he's always got that nose in the air, snobby look/stance. He does think he's 'above us all'. He talks down to everyone, he pats himself on the back all the time, and yep, his 'approval rating' does continue to drop! People are finally seeing him for the fraud he is. Luckily people are having 'buyers remorse'...but sometimes the realization is too little too late.
