What concerns me about Glenn Beck is this...he's stated time and again how he 'hit rock bottom', and he 'called out to God'...he describes a 'born again' experience. THEN, he says he and his wife looked for a church and found a home in an LDS community. I feel that he was truly 'born again', but as is to be expected, Satan hates to 'lose one'...I think he stepped in and guided Glenn to Mormonism. I've been saying all along that he doesn't 'sound Mormon', since he says stuff that most Mormon's don't say (or at least didn't when I looked into it in my teens).

He says, 'God', whereas they always said 'Heavenly Father'.

A friend did point me to some Christians' reports on how his LDS leanings have been more apparent lately...and those points did slip past me. *oops*

So, I don't know if he's naive about what his religion is (and they do delude people at first and they give them more info the longer they are there, to a point that they can't really leave)...or if he's being very deceitful and is actually a danger.

But I do agree, he and his family need prayer. If his eyes are opened and he finds the REAL Jesus, and the REAL truth of salvation...he will lose his 'church', and that is a crutch that will probably knock him flat.

The 8/28 deal is awesome, it's that 8/27 thing that is scary. Christians should not be yoked to non-Christians in spiritual things.
