That's very interesting that you noticed that, as I see a lot of patterns in words that point to our language coinciding with the Bible. For example:
 
As far as the upcoming strong delusion, "that they should beLIEve the lie" could very well point to that "delusion" being aLIEns.
 
Some other examples:
 
I've given you meat...m eat   (the fact that our language quotes the bible and eat is within the word meat is a strong sign. I believe there is a correlation with eat, heat, satan has desired to sift Peter as wHEAT, etc..)
 
He who has ears, hEAR. (Again, a sign. And then look at hear t or HEART, EARth or EARTH, HEARTH)
 
In Ezekiel, God talks about how the bones of the dead will come together....bONE, and he gives his angels charge over thee, lest you should dash your foot against a stONE. Serving the God mammon or mONEy.
 
Broad is the road that leads to..  b road
 
To charm is to deceive...  c harm
 
I am the bread of life...   b read (reading or consuming the Bible, the Word of God)
 
There is another reference in Revelation I believe where he consumes a scROLL, another type of cake which I believe translates out to c a ke or see a key. During the feast of unleavened bread, 3 lumps are made with the middle piece the afikomen pierced, hidden away and then found amid great rejoicing, again a type of Christ.

Other ail words are jail, fail, hail, out on bail, trail (to be behind), quail (what God sent the Israelites until it came out their noses when they were complaining about eating the manna from heaven every day), etc...
 
Etta James sings a song called "At Last" that is very popular. In it, she says her heart is wrapped up in cLOVER.

as far as other OIL words, it gets interesting. I actually strongly believe that the letter "o" is a reference to "owe". I believe our President's name actually breaks down to owe bama or owe be am a. Does Jesus address the idea of owing..he does:
 
I tell you the truth, you will not get out until you have paid the last penny. Matthew 5:26
 
My personal opinion about why the letter "o" is not seen in the traditional spelling of G_d is because everyone owes G_d and the only way to pay that debt is through Jesus' sacrifice.
 
The letter o then becomes important in the following:
 
oil:  owe I el
boil: be owe I el
broil: be are owe I el
braise: be raise, similar to going through heat to burn away the dross
burn: be you are en (demons entered in a person)
fire: "f" I are
heat: h eat, being eaten alive by the demonic realm. Imortant to note that Jesus said, "The gates g ATEs of hell shall not prevail against the church.
