I have also had the same thoughts about the resurrection of the dead as you.  Also, what would happen at the time of the rapture if a living Christian donated a kidney to a Non-Christian?  Would the donated kidney be resurrected and raptured with the Christian, leaving the Non-Christian without a kidney?
