I agree. I believe in a pre trib rapture and that we will be gone before the 70th week of Daniel begins. Obama is not the only world leader who has ever promied to "change the world" and Hitler was a better anti christ candidate than Obama.But I can understand the over anticipation for our Lord to return, but its something we cannot force to happen before its time.I have also been pondering the "confirming of the covenant". To confirm means to give your blessing to something that has already occured. Perhaps the covenant that will be confirmed will be the Abrahamic covenant, due to a massive victory by Israel over her enemies resulting in Israel conquering and taking back most of her covenant land. It has to be something huge to allow Israel to re-institute the temple sacrifices. Perhaps the Psalms 83 war.
