The Rapture includes a resurrection, "for the dead in Christ shall rise and we who are alive".  1 Cor. 15:35-57 discusses that resurrection putting of mortality and putting on immortality.  Then at the Great White Throne Judgement there is another Resurrection for all those who died will be called up for God's Judgement.
