There have only been TWO decrees to return and build "prophetic" Jerusalem: The modern day "JEWISH QUARTER"!!

The FIRST DECREE took place on March 10th, 445 B.C when Nehemiah was "decreed" to go rebuild the wall, beginning the construction of Jerusalem!

The SECOND DECREE took place on April 1, 1969. This day the Kennset voted "decreed" to restore the Jewish quarter and the building began 66 days later on June 7th, 1969..BEGINNING THE 49 YEAR COUNTDOWN!!
