Daniel 9:27 - "He will confirm a covenant with many for one 'seven.' "

Hopefully, you all have been reading Ron Reese's posts.  Along with the other information Ron has relayed, I'd like to add a little.

Also having occurred on October 29, 2008, Barack Obama gave a speech in Raleigh, N.C.  In the speech he kept saying the phrase 'in six days...'  He was referring to the election being in six days.  However, if you include the 29th the number of days is 'seven'.  29,30,31,1,2,3,4 = 7.  The covenant with many for one 'seven'.  He was encouraging people to vote for him.  A covenant is a binding and solemn agreement.  Like a vote.

According to Webster's dictionary, there are two definitions for the word Raleigh.  The second is the city in North Carolina.  The first is Sir Walter Raleigh, a statesman from England who was beheaded in 16:18.  Rev. 20:4 "...And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony for Jesus and because of the Word of God."


This is a repeat, but an interesting one.
