It was in 1977. I was 10 years old & I asked the Lord when the tribulation would begin because I had been having many recurring nightmares about very specific tribulation events. So, one night after a particularly horrific dream, I asked Him directly when all those things would start to happen.  I was thinking in my own mind 2020, but he told me audibly "No, not 2020 ­ the Tribulation will begin in 2010."   When the Lord speaks in this way, you hear it inside your head audibly. I'm not sure if it was out loud to others or not, but I definitely heard the words. I usually hear Him in my right ear for some reason.  It doesn't happen often to me, but there is no mistaking when it is Him speaking like this. It usually has coincided with a major life event, or if I'm about to take a wrong turn. A few times I ignored it, and the results were devastating.  This was no "feeling." It was His voice speaking.

That was 33 years ago, interestingly the age of Jesus at the crucifixion.
