"The Name Earl"
Dear Doves,
With
the next month, the hurricane season for North America is heading into
the peak of the season. As of Sunday, 8-29, the strongest hurricane of
the season was declared. This is Hurricane Earl. It is estimated to
affect the mid Atlantic states of the U.S.A. on 9-2. This curiously is
the day talks begin, concerning Israel, in Washington, D.C. As of
8-30, Hurricane Earl is a Category 4 storm with winds estimated at 135
mph.
The name Earl is of Old English
origin. The meaning of Earl is nobleman, warrior, or prince. According
to 1990 U.S. Census data, it has been a very common name for men (#98
out of 1220) names. It is a very common last name for men and women. As
of the same data, it has been (# 1950 out of 88799) names.
Does this name have a link to prophetic events just before us? Is it to
remind us of the soon arrival of The Prince of Peace, the
ultimate noble man who shall be a warrior against His enemies later at
His Second Coming? Come Quickly, Lord...
With Love and Shalom,
Jean
