I have followed Solana for several years now.  When I first discovered him, I considered him a major candidate for AC, but then came Obama.  I have read just about everything I can find about him on the net.  His resume is incredible. His list of accolades is awesome.  He belongs to all the right "clubs " .  He is definitely some kind of last days player. Which one will be interesting to watch.  For the most part, he has stayed out of the US news limelight.  He has been interviewed by Charlie Rose ( his show is archived ) and others, but generally has a low profile in the US.

I was particularly interested by his heritage, especially his mothers side.

As far as him being the AC, personally I don't think so. Too old for one thing. Born 1942. I think Obama fits much better.   False Prophet ? With his gray whiskers, and his 68 years, he could give that job a fair  shake, especially with the impressive credibility he carries.  A ringing endorsement by him of Obama would definitely carry some weight, especially with most world leaders .
