"Pray for SA"

My wife send me this from a friend of hers.

Another confirmation to pray for South Africa.

Someone has said if Christians really understood the full extent of the power we have available through prayer, we might be speechless.

Did you know that during World War II there was an adviser to Churchill who organized a group of people who dropped what they were doing every day at a prescribed hour for one minute to collectively pray for the safety of England, its people and peace?
There is now a group of people organizing the same thing here in South Africa. If you would like to participate:

*  Every evening at 21h00 stop whatever you are doing and spend one minute praying for the safety of South Africa, our citizens and for a return to a Godly nation.

If you know anyone else who would like to participate, please pass this on. Our prayers are the most powerful asset we have.

We complain about the cross we bear but don't  realize
it is preparing us for the dip in  the road that God can see and we  can't.

Whatever your cross, whatever your  pain,
there will always be sunshine, after  the rain....

Perhaps you may stumble,  perhaps even fall;
But God's always ready, to  answer your call....

He knows every  heartache, sees every tear,
a word from His  lips, can calm every fear...

Your sorrows  may linger, throughout the night,
But  suddenly vanish, dawn's early  light...

The Savior is waiting, somewhere  above,
to give you His grace, and send you  His love...

God  promises a safe landing, not a calm  passage.
