There is evidently a multitude of reasons and I must realize that I am just a watchman and cannot make people heed the alarm.

 

Dawn, my eldest is getting married in December and she is so caught up in the things of this life and I am trying to get her to realize that all that matters now is eternity as the future on this planet will be nothing but dismal and chaotic and she DOES NOT want to be left behind.

 

She is saved but the parable of the virgins I'm afraid describes many who profess to be "saved" but to whom God is not a priority. They are the foolish ones, without enough oil.

 

God is a jealous God (rightfully so) and He deserves to be our uppermost priority in life. Those to whom He is not, may find themselves knocking on the closed door when the Bridegroom comes!

 

Please pray for my daughter and her fiancé as will I for yours and her boyfriend-
