Yesterday I had to go to the hospital. I had a really high heart rate. Please ask Jesus to heal it quickly. Thanks Doves.   Chrissa

The same thing happened to me after a big stressful move.  I woke up one morning with my heart racing.  So I went to the nearest ER and they checked me out.  I was not having a heart attack.  I was diagnosed with arrhythmia.  No medication was prescribed and I was told I would lead a fairly normal life, just for me to rest for a while.  That was the case.  My active life was back to normal in a couple weeks. 

But I also discovered something!  If I take MAGNESIUM regularly the arrhythmia STOPS!   So I've taken it regularly ever since.  Magnesium supplements work so well for me, I have concluded that my arrhythmia is just a Magnesium deficiency!

I'm not a doctor, of course.  But I just wanted to share what worked magnificently for me for the past 15 years.  Perhaps it will help you too.
