Wouldn't that be great if they could not get anyone to build it. I suppose Obama would issue visa's from the Mid-East and hire workers there to build it as will as ship in all the materials. I absolutely would believe that if US workers refused, he would step in one way or another. Maybe use Tax dollars and order the Army Corp of Engineers to build. That would not surprise me either.
