It is SO DIFFICULT to get excited about ANYTHING to do with this world. 

I used to read the political opinion section of the daily newspaper every morning with my cereal and coffee.   I read it with true interest.  Hoping that this candidate will put our country back on the right course, or this candidate will balance the budget, etc. etc. etc.  All I do now is glance at the headlines, and the headlines confirm that we are racing towards the return of our Lord and Saviour.   I no longer care about Democract or Republican or Independent or Tea Party………….Our ONLY hope is the soon return of our Lord, Jesus Christ. 

I mentally repeat this verse in my head ALL THE TIME:
 
“No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived the wonderful things that God has prepared for those who love him………………………..” 

That verse keeps me going. I get excited about that promise.  I can only imagine.   I cannot wait until we go home.  It is so amazing that we are alive at this point in history.  It truly is.  We are on the CUSP  of ETERNITY.   I really believe we will be going home between NOW and the spring of 2011 at the latest….that is only 7 to 8 months away.
 

I HOPE, I YEARN, I LONG FOR that day to come SOON.
