Dear Doves,Read the following two Scriptures as they relate to one another, and pay particular notice to the words "perseverance" and "persevere" as they relate to tribulation.Romans 5:3 (NKJV)"And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance;"Revelation 3:10"Because you have kept My command to persevere, I also will keep you from the hour of trial which shall come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth."The question is: How long is "the hour" and when does it begin ?Is it the 1,260 day ( 3 and 1/2 year-long ) "Great Tribulation" described in Matthew 24, which is the second-half of the '70th Week of Daniel', or is it the 2,520 day ( 7 year-long ) '70th Week of Daniel' in its entirety ?Could it be that the 'perseverance produced' in the Church during the first-half of the '70th Week of Daniel', and by the Church keeping His "command to persevere" during the first-half of the '70th Week of Daniel' keep His Church "from the hour of trial" which would then be the second-half of the '70th Week of Daniel described in Matthew 24 as the "Great Tribulation" ? How else can you explain what these two Scriptures are telling us ?Come Lord Jesus!Bruce Warner
