"THE PERIOD OF "TESTING/TEMPTATION" WILL BE FOR 'ONE HOUR' AND END AT MID-TRIBULATION"

Dear Doves,

Pastor FM Riley has taught us in his post (20 August, 2008) that the ENTIRE seven-year tribulation is 'two biblical hours' in length, therefore the FIRST-HALF of the tribulation is a period of:  one-hour or 3 1/2 years or 42 months in duration AND WILL END AT MID-TRIBULATION.

Now consider:

Rev 3:10
"---, I will also keep you from the HOUR OF TRIAL that is going to come upon the whole world TO TEST THOSE who live on the earth."
(or)
"---, I will also keep you from the HOUR OF TEMPTATION TO TRY THEM who live on the earth."

Undoubtedly this will be a pass/fail test that "those who live on the earth" will be subjected to. Those who pass the "test" must gain heaven , and those who fail must go to hell, otherwise, what is the point of the "test"?

The Scripture indicates that the period of testing is ONE HOUR in duration ie. "the hour of trial" or "the hour of temptation".

It would make no sense for the 'hour of testing' to be the last-half of the tribulation, so it must be for the left-behind gentiles.

The testing of gentiles will be completed when "the full number of gentiles has come in", and at which point God turns His attention to saving the Jewish people.

Come Lord Jesus!
