Writer did a fine job of "capturing" how
many of us are feeling these days!!   A lot like..... well, LOT!!

2 Peter 2: 7 and delivered righteous Lot, who was oppressed by the filthy
conduct of the wicked 8 (for that righteous man, dwelling among them,
tormented his righteous soul from day to day by seeing and hearing their
lawless deeds)-

NLT says: 7 But God also rescued Lot out of Sodom because he was a
righteous man who was sick of the shameful immorality of the wicked people
around him. 8 Yes, Lot was a righteous man who was tormented in his soul by
the wickedness he saw and heard day after day.

Amp says:
7 And He rescued righteous Lot, greatly worn out and distressed by the
wanton ways of the ungodly and lawless--
    8 For that just man, living [there] among them, tortured his righteous
soul every day with what he saw and heard of [their] unlawful and wicked
deeds--

I can't even stomach watching our local news any more... much less world
news! It's just tooooo much! If I want to know what's going on in the
world ~ I click onto the computer for a quick news BRIEF.

Soooo ready to go Home!! ~ the yearning of my soul!   I think, I hope, I
pray that God is about to answer our prayer!!

AMEN!! ~ even so, COME Lord Jesus!
