Dearest Doves,

My husband and I desperately need your prayers. I have seen
the great and mighty things God does in answer to our corporate
prayers.

I will give you more details later but for now let me say in short
that last year my sister in law forced her father to make a will
leaving everything to her. She has a history of forgery and lies
and forcing people to do her will. At the time of my father in
law's death 7-9-06 we did not even find out about his passing
until over 24 hours later. The worst of all this has been that the
sister in law had Bob, myself, and her own daughter barred from
the funeral home. Bob could not even view his Dad in the coffin
when no one else was there.

Once the will was probated Bob contested because he knew his
Dad would never have left out his loved ones. We interview
several lawyers before deciding our present lawyer would be the
best. Herein lies the problem. Bob's sister proceeded to hire one
of the lawyers we did not choose. In Virginia we can have him
recuse himself because of conflict of interest. Our lawyer said
last year to leave him on because he felt he could work with him.

Her lawyer has proceed to thwart us at every turn and is not in
the least grateful we let him keep the case. After visiting our
lawyer last week (who had a spirit of confusion come over him
by contact with the other lawyer and the sister) God revealed
the problem to my husband. The reason her lawyer is working so
hard to win this case for the sister, even after proving his own
client lied to him, is that he had made this personal to himself.
He is ANGRY that we did not choose him and is going after us!

Doves, Bob's sister is definately having the help of demons and
those lying spirits she has given herself to for years. I have seen
her in action in a court room and saw the effects on judges and
lawyesr who had those demons jump from her to them until the
cases against her had been dismissed. This is real.

Please pray for us as we meet with our lawyer again Tuesday at
4pm. Please pray that we can get him to see why her lawyer is
taking this case personally. Please pray that we have rebuked the
spirit of confusion from Mr. Rainey and that we can get him back
on the facts of our case instead of the false trails her lawyer got
him to waste time on. Please pray for wisdom for Mr. Rainey to
defend this case. And of course pray for our Dear LORD's will to
be done for us. So far God has revealed facts that thru witnesses
that we could never have found on our own.

Please pray for our witnesses. The are ALL refusing to come to
court or if they do, refusing to talk. They are terrified of what
she will do to them. Some are afraid she will burn their houses
down. This is not an idle threat on her part. She has tried to
have me arrested several times since we contested the will but
she had no evidence as I have not done anything to her. To
God be the glory for protecting me. If any of you have any
legal experience with such things as will contests, please give
us some advice.

Our court date has been postponed from Aug. 28 to Nov. 27,
2007. Please pray we uncover more of the truth by then and
that we can have her lawyer removed. The witnesses need
your prayers as do Bob and I. Please pray God will stop the
evil things the sister is trying to do. I also ask you to pray much
for her salvation. We met with our pastor and turned her over
to God. We harbor no unforgiveness towards her nor ill-will.
Also Bob does not want any of her half of the estate only the
inheritance his Dad and deceased Mother wanted him to have.

Doves, you are our family now along with our church family.
Both our families disowned us the same time in April of 2006
because of our being Christians. We have gone thru a lot of
what Peggy M. went thru recently plus more. God has been
our very present help in this time of trouble all along. We love
you and trust in your prayers for us. Thank you for what ever
the LORD leads you to do.
