It's so nice to hear from you. GOD is good! Cameron is doing much better, his blood gases are good, his lungs are looking much better, he is back to breathing on his on, he is still getting oxygen to help him out but he is on a different machine now, the other machine because he could hardly breath on his own was forcing air down, he does not need that now, he can breath for himself, he is down from 100% oxygen to about 70% and they decrease it a little every day because the doctor says that they never abruptly just take them off of oxygen, they wean them down for whatever reason. He is active now, he has gained back up to 3 lbs 14 oz., which is a little bit more than when he became ill.
The doctor finally admitted that he aspirated milk several times and the nurse did not suction him so it went back into his lungs and setup bacteria. That complicated the little cold that he had caught. They were afraid that we would try to sue them. The thought has never entered our mind, humans make mistakes. We are just so thankful that it was finally caught and that he is with God help and the prayers of many friends he is getting back to normal.
