This Tropical storm formed in the Atlantic on 8/14/2007.
 
I looked up the meaning of the name Dean. Lots there alright but the first site also gave some similar female names. First was Deanna and second was Diana of course. Diana means divine.
 
From 8/14/2007 to 8/31/2007, the tenth anniversary of Diana, Princess of Wales death is 18 days including both dates.
